Attorney Anthony “Tony” Oropallo Esq.
Mr. Oropallo has been practicing law since 2001 and is a member of the California Applicant’s Attorneys Association (CAAA). Prior to law school at Western State University where he graduated with honors and interned for then Presiding Justice David G. Sills at the California Court of Appeals, 4th District, he attended the California Maritime Academy majoring in Nautical Industrial Technology and California State University, Los Angeles majoring in Finance.
Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked in the securities, maritime and real estate industries and spent a number of years living and working overseas in various parts of Asia.
His legal years have almost exclusively been focused on Workers Compensation and for approximately 13 years he represented employers and insurance companies in defending Workers’ Compensation claims. Through the years, he has successfully tried numerous Workers’ Compensation cases. In recent years, however, he perceived a growing unfairness in the treatment of injured workers and redirected his purpose to representing and assisting injured workers through the legal process.

Attorney Daniel P. Kondos
Daniel Kondos is the founder and owner of Daniel P. Kondos, S.C. Law Offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he was born and raised.
Attorney Kondos graduated from Marquette University in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and he received his Law degree from Valparaiso Law School in 1973.
Attorney Kondos was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1973 and, subsequently, to the State Bar of Texas.
Together, with his sister in-law, Carol Kondos, they formed Kondos & Kondos Law Offices in Dallas, Texas in 1984.
What started out as a general practice, that covered family law, criminal law and corporate law has transformed into a law firm that is strongly devoted to protecting the rights of injured people. An experienced trial attorney, Dan Kondos is committed to the well being of his clients and is passionate about helping those who have been injured. Attorney Kondos has been representing Wisconsin injury victims since 1973.

Attorney Carol C. Kondos
Carol Kondos grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and went to college at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree.
Carol went to law school at the University of Loyola School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
Carol passed the Illinois Bar exam and received her license to practice law in Illinois.
During the time that Carol began practicing law in Chicago, she also successfully passed the bar exam in Wisconsin and received her license to practice law in Wisconsin.
Carol split her time between the office in Chicago and Daniel P. Kondos Law Office’s in Milwaukee.
Carol and her husband, George Kondos, decided to move to Dallas, Texas in 1979.
Carol passed the Texas Bar Exam, received her Texas license and has been practicing law in the Metroplex ever since.
Together, with her brother-in-law, Daniel P. Kondos, they formed Kondos & Kondos Law Offices in 1984.

Joseph Valencia

Born in East Los Angeles and raised inin the Echo Park district of Los Angeles.
Joe obtained his Juris Doctor degree from University of West Los Angeles and his BA degree from UCLA.
He has 30 years’ experience in Worker’s Compensation law.
Some of Joe’s hobbies include photography and painting. Currently he has acquired an interest in wine tasting. Some of his favorite wines are Spanish Reds and California/ French Reds.
